The bed in the Double Room felt cramped, but the shower pressure was excellent. Conveniently located near tram stops.

Small but luxuriously furnished with very friendly staff. The powerfull rain shower was an unexpected delight as was the nice collection of dvd's as well a well stocked library in the lounge. Will definitely return on my next visit.

The location of the hotel is really practical, because you can visit either the city centre or the ocean drive or the walk of leith area. The staff was nice. The room was really clean.
The noise made by the omnipresent seagulls getting nearby to pick up some food in the bins in the neighbourhood.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, going
Out of their way to assist us with our needs. The room itself was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with good shower pressure. The wifi connection could have been more reliable, and parking was a bit tricky during weekdays.

Staff were attentive, and facilities were clean here. En suite king room and the bed was very clean. The location of the hotel was handy - a 10-15 minute walk from a walled garden;)))

Not a lot.....
The room was really pokey, bathroom was unbelievably tiny, bed was under sloping roof, so sitting up in bed is not possible if you are anywhere near the wall!, No cooked breakfast available, just a meagre continental offering!

Very nice and comfortable room. We had plenty of natural light from a big window. Very quiet area to stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Good connections with local buses. Very helpful staff, we could borrow a hairdryer. Everything was clean although there's carpet in the floor which doesn't help much if you're allergic to dust.
The room was quite small. The B&B is in the area of Leith, about 30 min walking from the center. From the airport there's not a direct bus, so you need to change in the city center.

The B&B is a treasure for foodies! Artisan Coffee just down the street serves a cracking brekkie before hitting the local pubs like Victoria Bar and grabbing pastries from Storries Home Bakery. The tour option from the city is a bonus too-proper highland adventure vibes!
The room could've used a bit more love-cleanliness was lacking, and the mattress was a bit of a backbreaker. Plus, with views of an internal garden that looked rather grim, I had to keep the curtains shut so nosy neighbours couldn't peep in.

I liked the room, everything was very clean and comfortable. The owners were really kind and helpful with any inquiries we had. Breakfast was okay in relation to the money we payed for it. The location of the b&b was in Leith which is like 10 minutes walk from the heart of Edinburgh, so it was awesome as we had both the centre and the quietness of the Leith area combined. Many eating places and coffee shops are also available in Leith, as well as the Cambridge gardens' park which is right behind the b&b and it was lovely to stroll there. Generally, it was a nice stay and I would go there again if I happened to be in Edinburgh! :-)
Nothing I guess.. If breakfast was richer, it would be better. But what was available was also pretty good! :-)
